Widely recognized as the best mixologist in Mexico by “The World Class Club”, Mica Rousseau joined the AZULIK tribe not long ago. He not only offers an extraordinary experience to our guests but also revolutionizes fine drinking in the Mexican Caribbean.

Born in France, he started his career when he was 16, and by the time he turned 19, he was exploring Mexico’s world of mixology. Throughout his successful career, Mica has worked in prestigious bars like “Fifty Mils”, one of the best in Mexico City, and received international awards, such as the “World Class 2016“, given to the best mixologists in the world.

After more than 10 years in Mexico, Mica is certain that the world needs to know more about the country, its culture, and its people. Using ancient ingredients and techniques, he has created a new drinks menu for Kin Toh by AZULIK, our flagship restaurant. This menu will give our guests, either enjoying the sunset in our famous nests or dining high above the jungle, a unique experience with top-notch mixology and epic views.
